I decided the other day that I am also a foodie! I am starting to dream of owning my own goat cheese farm, where I will make artisanal cheeses, become a master of cheese types, being able to describe their subtleties at length. I'll live on a farm and sell my cheese at farmer's markets...it's infectious!
